I hope you KNOW where the week went. Without tracking your activities, how do you measure your effectiveness, evaluate your success rate, and adjust your activities to reflect your analysis?
In my Business Coaching practice I ask my clients to track everything they do … e-mails, phone calls, client visits, supplier meetings, golf games. Then I ask them what came from each of those activities … what is the next step … what is the opportunity … is it worth the time commitment it will take to complete? Only by understanding where you time goes can you critically analyze your consumption and find ways to maximize your productivity.
